Common Questions
-
Our Christian Community College Alternative design is our most comprehensive offering, with a wide range of possibilities. It enables students to earn dual credits, act as a pathway for transferring to a four-year college, or provide a viable alternative to community colleges in the area. With our tutor-led program, you can compete with any regional community college, and we can assist you in achieving that objective.
-
All of our academic partners offer the best standards of accreditation, and will transfer to most private and public universities. The local hall director and students have a joint responsibility to identify courses that can be transferred and align with the student's career aspirations. Working together, they will ensure that the student achieves their academic and career objectives. If the student plans on transferring, plan on communicating with your desired destination institution to determine transferability of course credit.
-
Our community college alternative is able to provide any online degree program available from our academic partner, depending upon the availability and expertise of the local tutor.
Please refer to the program catalogs of our academic partners for a full list of their online courses.

We have negotiated membership discounts for CHI members based on their financial need and region, ranging from 30% to 80%. In addition, we work with our members to establish financial payment arrangements that avoid the need for student loans and debt. Students who would like more information on tuition fees, please contact your local hall director. If you're interested in becoming a hall director, please reach out to us for details about our revenue share.
