Executive Leadership

Leadership of regional Private Christian Halls is decentralized to local community sites. CHI’s executive team provides programs, training, academic guidance, and international leadership.

  • Dr. Nicholas Ellis

    Founder and CEO, Chairman of the Board of Directors

    Dr. Nicholas Ellis brings strategic alignment and clarity of vision to our global education initiatives. He is a strategic leader by calling, and has founded or led various organizations in North America, Brazil, Africa, and Europe. Dr. Ellis was educated at the University of Oxford (Doctor of Philosophy and Masters in Theology and Religion), Trinity Western University (Masters of New Testament), and Union University (Bachelors of Biblical Languages).

  • Aaron Pierce

    COO, Regional Director: Brazil, Board of Directors Member

    Aaron has worked in public administration, community development, and managed global operations for various mission organizations. Aaron’s graduate education was in Public Administration (Columbia University), Management and Public Policy (Fundação Getúlio Vargas, São Paulo), and his undergraduate studies were in Aerospace Engineering and Political Science (University of Southern California).

  • Andreas Kampouris

    CPO, Board of Directors Member

    Andreas Kampouris has global strategic vision, and has lived and worked throughout the world as a leader and COO. Andreas’s graduate and undergraduate education was in Economics at the The University of Edinburgh.

  • John Romain

    CFO, Board of Directors Member

    John served as President for Chart Energy and Chemicals, with $250 million in sales and nearly 1,000 employees. He led sale of parent company to an energy-focused private equity fund, based on the success of the Energy and Chemicals group. Prior to his work at Chart Energy, John served as Senior Manager for Ernst and Young.
