Campion Halls

Catholic · Faith and reason · Subsidiarity · Local formation

The Catholic intellectual tradition was always meant to form people in their place. Campion Halls is where that happens.

For You

You carry a tradition of extraordinary intellectual depth — Augustine and Aquinas, the seven liberal arts, the integration of faith and reason, the sacramental vision of reality that sees grace working through the material world. You also carry the principle of subsidiarity: that human flourishing happens closest to home, in the family, the parish, the local community.

Campion Halls is the Catholic formation network within the CHI family, built specifically to carry that tradition into locally-rooted higher education. A Campion Hall is a Catholic institution with its own governance, its own academic partners, its own formation community — affiliated with CHI for the infrastructure and the network, governed by its own board and its own vision.

What CHI Provides

Campion Halls carry the full Catholic intellectual program — liberal arts, theology, philosophy, natural law, professional formation — through accredited programs from Catholic and Catholic-friendly universities. The formation is Thomistic in its foundations and place-rooted in its application.

Become a Field Guide

You have spent years — perhaps a decade, perhaps a lifetime — in Catholic intellectual and formational work, and you have relational credibility in a specific geography. Field Guides shepherd 15–20 Halls in their region: coaching Directors, carrying Catholic formation culture into the Halls that need it, holding the long view. The role is vocational, not contracted. Primary income from elsewhere is a prerequisite.
